Aditya Ghosh is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience. He is currently a member of the board of directors at Fabindia Overseas. He is also a serving member of the board of directors at OYO Hotels and Homes. Prior to this, Aditya has held multiple roles as CEO of large consumer facing businesses with complex operations, including OYO Hotels and Homes and IndiGo.
Aditya is a key supporter of the start-up world – he has made multiple investments in businesses in spheres of food and beverage, services, and health and wellness. These include companies such as Blue Tokai, Wholsum Foods, and Caterland UK. He sits on the board of directors of Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre, which aims to transform the delivery of justice, especially in the area of commercial disputes. Aditya is also a member of the board of advisors at Centre for Creative Leadership, contributing to leadership development, an area of special interest to him.
He was awarded the ‘Intrapreneur of the Year’ at the annual flagship awards of Entrepreneur in 2019. The World Economic Forum named him as one of the Young Global Leaders of 2015. Aditya was also appointed as Chevalier de l’Ordre national du Merite (Knight in the National Order of Merit) by the President of the French Republic in 2015.
He holds a BA LLB from the University of Delhi.
