Mahua Menon has over 20 years of experience in academia, with over 16 years of teaching experience at the university level. She presently runs Nucleus Education Support Services (NESS), Singapore.
Mahua has been an associate professor at Asutosh College, University of Calcutta, and has done extensive research in the field of inorganic chemistry – on synthesis, structure, and reactions of heavier transitional metal complexes. She has authored more than 14 academic publications in leading international journals. Mahua completed her master’s degree from Jadavpur University, and also holds a PhD from the Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science.
Ranodeb Roy is the co-founder and CEO of RV Capital Management, an asset management company based in Singapore. He is also a member of the board of directors of Bandhan Bank and Bandhan Financial Services, and a former board member of Makemytrip.
Ranodeb has over 25 years of global financial markets experience. Prior to setting up RV Capital, he was managing director and head of Asia Pacific fixed income at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong. He has worked in Merrill Lynch, Hong Kong as managing director and co-head of Fixed Income Currency and Commodities (FICC) group in 2007, apart from holding various senior positions in the firm across New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. He received a BTech in computer science and engineering from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
