Mohit Thukral is the founder of Vivtera, a reliable, results-driven global business transformation services partner focused on assisting financial services and fast-growth tech companies gain a significant competitive edge.

Mohit was previously the executive officer and business leader at Genpact, leading the organisation’s largest vertical – banking, financial services and insurance globally. He was responsible for shaping business strategy and aligning it to the future industry landscape, identifying key acquisitions and partnerships as well as managing growth, profitability and strategic client relationships.

An acknowledged industry thought-leader, Mohit has served as an elected member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, the highest decision-making body representing the top IT and BPO companies in India and the world. At NASSCOM, he spearheaded the taskforce on ‘FutureSkills’ – an initiative to re- and up-skill the talent pool in light of the changing digital landscape. He is passionate about the education sector and is on the Global Corporate Advisory Board of edX.org, a non-profit online learning enterprise founded by Harvard and MIT. He is also the founder and trustee at the Re- imagining Higher Education Foundation (RHEF), an entity set up with a mandate to build a 21st century University anchored around technology to solve real-world problems. Mohit holds a BA in economics from Punjab University and an Advanced Management Programme degree from Harvard Business School.
