Prachee Banthia-Dhondge is the COO of Avaana Capital – a venture-growth fund which supports scaling up of businesses that generate both economic and social impact. She is a former consultant with McKinsey & Company, and has led sales, marketing and business operations for FMCG and media companies.
Prachee received a BTech from IIT Bombay, where she was a gold medalist. She earned an MBA from INSEAD, where she was on the dean’s list.
Mukund Dhondge is an investment professional at Nalanda Capital, an investment firm that focuses on being permanent owner of high-quality publicly listed businesses in India. Prior to joining Nalanda, Mukund was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company.
Mukund received a BTech in mechanical engineering from BITS Pilani and an MBA from IIM Lucknow.
