Priyanka Chandhok is Assistant Vice President – Career Development Office at Ashoka University. She has over 22 years of varied experience in the field of Executive Search, Recruitment, Corporate Strategy, Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Client Engagement and Management, Relationship Management, Training and Development.
Priyanka was previously Managing Director and Partner for Gilbert Tweed International, an international executive search firm. In her career as a search consultant, she has been responsible for spearheading assignments involving search of senior professionals and business leaders for organizations in various industries including Education, Publishing, Retail, Real Estate, Consumer Goods and Medical Systems. She has worked with various start-ups in setting up their entire top and middle level management teams. Her passion for the education industry prompted her to set up the education practice for the organisation and she has worked with several leaders in this domain.
Her earlier associations have been with British Council, where she was working on a special project developing partnerships between UK and Indian educational institutions and with 2020 Media (now a part of MSL Group), a marketing communications firm. Her strengths include a high degree of focus and commitment as well as the ability to build and nurture strong relationships. She has a particular expertise in establishing a good “fit” both technical and cultural for organisations.
Priyanka holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and a B.Com (H) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
