Ram Shriram is the president of Dhanam Foundation. He, his family, and the Foundation support academically motivated students in their access to education and career development.
Their portfolio of grantees includes a variety of education and scholarship programmes for low income, African American, Latino, women, and first-generation college students through Ashoka University, Magic Bus, SMASH Academy, Anita Borg Institute, Stockton Scholars, IIT Madras, USC, Stanford University, Asian Art Museum, Exploratorium, and many others.
