Ruchira Jaitly is director of strategy and nutrition challenges with DSM. She has over 20 years of experience in delivering demand side strategy and execution for FMCG companies like Unilever and PepsiCo. Her role has included communication, product innovation, consumer and customer engagement, sales strategy, and execution.
In her current role at DSM, her focus is on incubating a socio-commercial for-profit business to address the hidden hunger in India, with affordable, locally relevant food and beverage product solutions. Ruchira has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree in microbiology-biochemistry from St Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
