Krishnan is a Senior Manager at Mphasis NEXT Labs and a former faculty member of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur. He completed Ph.D. in Operations Management from IIM Bangalore. He has varied industry experience across the following domains: enterprise software pre-sales, retail analytics, commodity derivatives, and AI/ML product management. His research has appeared in Economic and Political Weekly, Total Quality Management Journal, California Management Review, and Supply Chain Management Review.
