Globalization and Populist Nationalism

Accelerated globalization of the last century brought hopes of an increasingly prosperous and close-knit world. But the events of recent years have globalization. The course will examine the historical process of growing global connections and economic integration and the negative consequences it has brought. We will assess the impact of populism and rising nationalism on the sustainability of globalization.
