Ajaypal, born and brought up in a village of District Sirsa(Haryana), comes from a humble agrarian background.His journey begins with his schooling in Ellenabad,a small town nearby his village .The school had minimal yet adequate resources for him to grow. He completed his graduation in Physical Sciences from Govt National College,Sirsa.He is known among his peers, juniors and even the teachers for his down to earth, empathetic and helpful nature.Not only does he like to strive in the studies, but also in sports and extra-curricular activities. He has participated and won in various sports activities such as athletics,football,volleyball etc at school, district and state level. In addition to that he has represented his school at different platforms and competitons like Bharat Scout and Guides & CBSE organised quiz,science model and debate. He has organised many awareness-based campaigns and rallies in his hometown. During his college time, he had been a member of NSS and was the head of the Unit. His activist nature set him apart from other students.He has always tried to be the voice of those who cannot put forward their issues and problems to the authorities.

Ajaypal firmly believes in peace-building exercises that include meditation and yoga, and practices them on a regular basis. He knows that change is the only constant,thus always tries to challenge himself to evolve, and by setting forth an example of himself,wants to represent the change that needs incorporating in the minds of society.
Moreover, he is a strong advocate of Character Ethics based on correct principles for bringing changes in individuals and is good at finding the roots of a problem or an issue to eliminate it completely, that way he subscribes more with the constructive and long lasting solutions.He never let his agrarian background or unavailability of proper resources become a roadblock for his quest for knowledge,rather he turned them into stepping stones for his growth.

Ajaypal owes the debt, for his uninterrupted growth, to his parents’ unconditional love and support.They never took the tools in their own hands to make a sculpture of their own liking, instead handed them over to him to shape himself.

Being an aspiring Civil Servant,Ajaypal looks toward Young India Fellowship for providing him the challenges to overcome and opportunities for growth and knowledge assimilation as well as broaden the spectrum of his thought process.Going forward with Young India Fellowship with a we can do attitude, Ajaypal aspires to open up a plethora of opportunities and possibilities for his own being.
