Since her time of volunteering in college Arushi has been involved with organizations working on issues such as heritage awareness, deaf empowerment and social inclusion. After graduating in Political Science from Miranda House she has worked on research and implementation of two projects in the field of social development. She also has experience of interning with various not-for-profit organizations on areas that include Right to Information Act, Participatory Budgeting and Geo-spatial Technology.
She deeply cherishes her association with the college photography society where she got the opportunity to lead the society and organize photowalks, talks and exhibitions.
She looks forward to the fellowship as a year of learning and new engagements.
