Krishna Akhil is a curious soul on the quest to find the problems and challenges that will motivate him to help build a bigger and brighter tomorrow. A graduate from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, he spent the better part of his college life working with the quiz club and the organizing body of Oasis, the annual cultural festival eventually leading the fest in the final year of his college. As his undergraduate Thesis, he completed a 9-month study titled ‘Gandhi in South Africa and the Question of Race’, which looked closely at MK Gandhi’s time in South Africa and the prevailing relations he had with Africans during his tenure there.
He has helped setup the Operations Teams at two education start-ups – the first, Edvice, an on-demand tutoring App to help High School students get their exam doubts clarified and the second at TapChief, an online platform to schedule consultations with professionals to get guidance with career and business decisions. While working with the founding teams at both these start-ups, he discovered his passion for working in areas like Education, Health and Public Policy.
A keen pop-culture enthusiast, he spends his free time binge watching TV Series and Cinema.
